Paper Submission

Paper submission is accepted via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) website https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/AVIC2026/. Authors are required to send a paper in English within 4 pages, in PDF format, along with information including paper title, author name(s), affiliation(s) of author(s), and the corresponding author. Notification will be sent to the authors via e-mail. Accepted papers must be resubmitted as the final (camera-ready) ones. At least one of the authors of a paper must register and give a presentation at the conference.

Author's Kit

We recommend that you use the Word file or LaTeX files to produce your document since they have been set up to meet the IEEE conference formatting guidelines required. The LaTeX environment files specify suitable margins, page layout, text, and a bibliography style.

We recommend that you make a paper using the following kit.

• LaTeX Templates (IEEE format)
• Microsoft Word Template (IEEE format)
